These red velvet snowballs are a festive treat for any holiday party!
What you will need:
- One box of red velvet cake mix
- One can of cream cheese frosting (16 oz)
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cup water
- Powdered sugar
What you want to do first is mix your red velvet cake mix with the water, eggs and oil.
Then grease a 9×13 cake pan and pour in the velvet cake mix.
Bake at 350 degree for 35-38 minutes. Then pull it out of the oven and let it sit until cooled.
After the cake is cooled crumble it into a large mixing bowl.
Add your can of cream cheese
Mix all together
Gather some into a spoon and make round balls (quarter size or a bit larger) with the mixture in your hands. Place them on parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Chill for several hours. Take them out of the refrigerator and roll them in powdered sugar. Make sure to tap off extra powdered sugar.
They are all ready to eat now! Make sure you keep them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
