- Two 8 oz Packages of Cream Cheese (Room temperature)

This recipe is really simple.
Beat the cream cheese in your mixer, then add remaining ingredients (except for toffee). Continue beating until the sugar is no longer grainy. Add the toffee right before you are ready to serve by mixing it in with a spoon.
To prepare apples ahead of serving time and prevent the fruit from turning brown, slice them into pineapple juice. Drain and bag the apples until ready to enjoy with your new favorite apple dip!
